CIGA respects your preferences regarding the collection and use of your Personal Data.

CIGA respects your preferences regarding the processing of the Personal Data it collects. This Policy (“Policy”) lets you know how CIGA collects and uses your Personal Data, how you can control its use and describes our practices in relation to information collected on other sites that link to or refer to this Policy (such as websites, software applications, social networks and electronic messages), as well as offline marketing and sales activities (collectively, “Communication Channels”).

What information do we collect about you?
We do not collect information about you on our website.
We ask you not to send or share with CIGA any sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, as well as genetic data, biometric data, health data or data relating to sex life or sexual orientation.
Website usage information is collected using cookies, but they do not specifically identify you, and the following data is or may be collected:

The information collected on this website does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
No comparisons, interconnections or any other way of interrelating the registered information are made on this website.
Because your data may circulate on an open network, it runs the risk of being seen and used by unauthorised third parties.
CIGA only accepts requests for information from users who are at least 16 years old. CIGA’s Communication Channels are not aimed at underage users. If you know of any registration made by a minor, please let us know so that we can remove the registration immediately.

Access and correction of your information
We want to be sure of the accuracy and reliability of the information we hold about you.
We trust the data subject to provide us with accurate and complete information and to update the data in relation to any changes in the information provided.
The data subject has the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, without jeopardising the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given, and the right to request from CIGA access to the Personal Data concerning him/her, as well as its rectification or erasure, and the limitation of the processing insofar as it concerns the User, or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability.
Personal Data necessary for the performance of the contract to which the User is a party, for the fulfilment of the legal obligations to which the Controller is subject and those necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by CIGA, are not included in the previous point.
Without prejudice to any legal or regulatory provisions to the contrary, Personal Data will only be kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently processed, after which it will be deleted or, if it is in CIGA’s interest, processed for statistical purposes, anonymised and the Data Subject cannot be identified.
Further processing of Personal Data for a purpose other than that for which the data was collected requires consent, and prior to such processing the Data Controller shall provide the Data Subject with information on that purpose and any other relevant information.
